2 How to get to the meeting place?

Look for our Blue umbrella with the Nazarí Tours Granada logo at the Alhambra ticket office (Address: Paseo del Generalife, 1F, 18009 Granada).

4 Specific conditions and recommendations

It does not include the tickets to the Alhambra.
You need to provide us with the information of your tickets to check our availability (type of ticket and time of palaces).
We will contact you as soon as possible (maximum 48 hours) but if you need to know before, you can call us or write us Whatsapp.
You need to bring your tickets (CAUTION: sometimes you have to exchange before at the ticket office) and identification document (ID or passport) of each person.
For people in wheelchairs you must indicate it and we will organize a guided tour according to availability, as some tours change.
Baby strollers are not allowed, you can leave them in the lockers of the Alhambra.

FREE CANCELLATION

If you cancel 48 hours before the tour, you will have a cancellation fee of 0 €. If the margin is less, the cancellation fee will be the deposit paid when you made your reservation, except in case of force majeure. However, we study each case.
