4 Specific conditions and recommendations

  • It is necessary to provide full name and ID or passport number of each person.
  • We also need the same information for children under 12 years old, mandatory for access to the Alhambra. “If you do not have ID card, you must indicate that of the reservation holder”.
  • On the day of the visit, each person must bring their ID card or passport.
  • For people in wheelchairs, please contact us directly before booking this tour and we will arrange a guided tour according to availability, as some tours are subject to change.
  • Baby strollers are not allowed, you can leave them at the lockers at La Alhambra.
  • For reasons of availability, logistics or other circumstances, the schedule could change, notifying you in advance of this situation. If this situation occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and the amount paid will be refunded.
  • If there is any problem in obtaining the Alhambra tickets, we will inform the client as soon as possible after we are aware of it and we will proceed to give an alternative date-time. If this situation occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Due to the availability of Alhambra tickets, especially during peak season, the reservation may be affected and might not be carried out. If this situation occurs, the booking will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION:

  • If you cancel 48 hours before the tour, there is a fee of €35 per adult (which covers the cost of the Alhambra tickets plus our management fees), as the Alhambra does not refund the ticket cost. The cancellation fee for children will be lower, depending on the type of Alhambra ticket.
  • If you wish to cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, the flexible cancellation policy will not apply, and no refund will be issued, except in cases of force majeure, which will be validated by Nazarí Tours Granada. Each case will be individually reviewed.
